REDUX works with the best
Meet the expert team behind REDUX
We have assembled an advisory board of health experts to ensure you get the highest quality training, information and advice.

Naz De Bono
Personal Coach
Her training is a modern blend of high intensity cardio, boxing, body weight strength and mobility.
Naz will teach you to respect your body through exercise, rather than ravage it. Naz works intuitively, using intelligent training sequences that follow your body’s natural recovery cycles.
Naz has worked with a multitude of clients one-on-one and has developed a wholly unique and instinctual teaching style that is one in a million- it will only take one session to find this out.

Dr. Arrlann Christie
General Practitioner
Arrlann has been practicing as a GP in Byron Bay since 2012 and takes a holistic approach to his practice. He is currently undertaking further study to specialise in functional lifestyle medicine.
Arrlann has been hands-on in developing advice regarding the nutrition guidelines featured in the program and provides continuing input into the health content featured.

Harriet Walker
Dietitian
Harriet Walker is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who specialises in sports nutrition. She has worked one-on-one with clients in private practice for over 5 years and consults to several major brands across Australia. If Harriet is not in the office seeing clients, you would probably find her in the gym up in tropical north Queensland perfecting her barbell skills or shooting for a new PB on the rowing machine. Her nutrition philosophy has been shaped over many years and combines evidence-based practice with knowledge that has been gained on the ground competing across numerous sports. If you want to improve your performance and optimise your diet, Harriet Walker is your lady.

Choppy Somjee
Osteopath
Choppy Somjee is a self-professed lifelong learner. He brings more than a few credentials
to the REDUX advisory board and has dedicated over a decade to his study of the human body.
Choppy holds two bachelor degrees, a master’s degree, two diplomas, and multiple training
certificates all focussed around human physiology, nutrition, psychology, and human movement. His
interest in the human body grew from his own experiences as an athlete and has been molded by his
experiences with his clients and through further learning after university. Choppy’s mantra is ‘sustain
everything’. It reflects the approach he takes with his clients, working to nurture and build their
body’s innate ability to heal itself through movement, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Danielle Dievert
Holistic Nutritionist
Why choose a regular nutritionist, when you can have a bike-loving, sun-seeking holistic nutritionist with an engineering degree? We thought you would be impressed. Danielle Dievert is a qualified holistic nutritionist, however, it wasn’t until after graduating from engineering and diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis that Danielle began her health and wellness journey. Danielle undertook further studies at the Institute for Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver and now has a fully-fledged passion for educating others on how to live healthier lives through diet, lifestyle and mindset shifts. Danielle has worked with the REDUX team to develop a range of fresh, colourful and inspiring recipes for a range of dietary requirements, which we know you are going to L.O.V.E!
